What Cambridge properties actually need.
Cambridge is really three older communities — Galt, Preston and Hespeler — grown together, and it shows in the properties. There's a lot of established housing here on lots with genuine slope, particularly through Galt where the ground falls toward the Grand and the Speed. Retaining work, terraced patios and drainage that actually accounts for where water ends up are common requirements rather than upgrades.
The newer areas on the city's edges are a different job entirely: flatter, more uniform, and usually needing a yard built from scratch. We work across both, and we're in Waterloo Region often enough that scheduling here is straightforward.
