Flower Planting

Seasonal colour and year-round interest, properly planted.

Annual and perennial planting for beds, borders, and containers. We handle soil prep, spacing, and aftercare guidance so your plants get established right.

The Service

Done properly, the first time.

Seasonal colour is the finishing touch that makes a landscape feel cared for. We plant annuals for reliable all-season bloom, perennials that return bigger every year, and mixed containers that dress up entrances and patios — all with the unglamorous fundamentals done right: real soil prep, proper spacing, and plants watered in so they establish instead of stalling.

Tell us the look you're after — bold and bright, soft and layered, pollinator-friendly — and we'll select varieties that deliver it in your beds' actual sun and soil conditions.

What’s included

  • Variety selection for your conditions and colour preferences
  • Bed and container soil preparation
  • Proper planting depth and spacing
  • Watering-in and simple aftercare guidance
  • Seasonal swap-outs available spring and fall
How It Works

From first call to finished flower planting.

  1. Colour & style consult

We talk palette, height, and style, and check each bed's sun and soil.

  2. Soil preparation

Beds and planters get fresh soil or amendment so roots take hold.

  3. Planting

Flowers go in at proper spacing and depth, arranged for height and bloom time.

  4. Water-in & guidance

Everything is watered in and you get easy care instructions.

Annuals bloom hard all season and are replanted each year; perennials come back and expand year over year. Most great beds mix the two — a perennial backbone with annual colour up front.

After the last frost risk passes — typically late May around Centre Wellington. Cool-tolerant varieties can go in earlier; we time plantings to what you've chosen.

Yes — container plantings for entrances, patios, and decks are a regular part of our spring and fall visits, refreshed with fresh soil each time.
