Most fence problems start at ground level: a post that rotted at grade or was never set deep enough, letting a whole section lean or sag. We repair the cause — replacing failed posts with new ones set in concrete below frost depth — rather than propping up symptoms that come back next season.

Board replacement, rail realignment, gate rehanging, and hardware upgrades round out most repair visits. And we're honest about the math: if a fence is far enough gone that repairs would approach replacement cost, we'll tell you straight and quote both options.

Almost always a post problem — rot at ground level or posts set too shallow for frost. Replacing the affected posts properly usually brings the fence back to straight.

Usually yes for common styles and materials. New wood will look brighter than weathered wood at first, then blend in as it ages — staining can speed up the match.
