Winter is when the stuff you've been stepping around all year finally becomes the problem. The garage you can't park in. The basement nobody wants to deal with. A parent's house that has to be cleared before it sells. We load it, haul it, and dispose of it properly — you point, we carry.
We come inside. Basements, garages, spare rooms, attics — if you can't carry it up the stairs, that's the job. You don't need to drag anything to the curb first.
We also still clear outdoor material: old decking and fence boards, concrete and brick rubble, soil and sod piles, and debris left behind by a build. If the deck or fence is still standing, we take it down and take it away in the same visit.

What it costs
Junk removal is priced by how much room your load takes in the trailer — not by the hour, and not by the piece. Our trailer holds about 6 cubic yards, roughly a small pickup load and a half. You'll get a firm number before we start, and it doesn't change once we're loading.
- Bigger cleanouts simply run as more than one load, priced the same way — we'll tell you up front how many we think it will take.
- Heavy material — concrete, brick, soil, shingles — is quoted by weight rather than volume. It is far heavier than it looks and disposal is charged by the tonne.
- Fridges, freezers and air conditioners carry a small extra charge: refrigerant has to be removed by a certified handler before disposal.
- Prices cover Fergus, Elora, Centre Wellington and Guelph. Further out is still fine — we'll just include the travel in your quote.
